If you need support as a refugee, make an appointment for our social counseling service at Ute Bock Haus, Zohmanngasse 28, 1100 Vienna. Here you will receive further information about our services.
Opening Times
Monday - Thursday
09:00 a.m. – 03:00 p.m.
Friday
09:00 a.m. – 02:00 p.m.
Postal and registered-address confirmations are issued only on Tuesdays. If you are a refugee and do not receive basic welfare support (Grundversorgung), please also come to the social counselling service on Tuesday.
